Over the Top Colour 18th Birthday Card Topper & InnerCompleted by Darlene Handorff

A quick snap as we are heading to my grandson's Birthday PartAy.

So easy to make this Awesome colorful card. I used glossy photo paper and printed it with my ink jet printer. I used green cardstock folded in half and attached the patterns with DST. There are other age designs of this pattern. When in doubt I go LOud. The insert is matchy matchy.

This card was a hit!
