Happy New Year Collage for A4 Cards, Crafts, JournalsCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I printed this twice, once on regular paper and once on decoupage paper. I cut the card from the first printing and stuck it on to card stock. I then cut out the bell and Happy New Year tag and stuck these on to the card with sticky tabs.
