I printed out 3 sheets and then used double stick foam tape to layer the various gears once and the car and frame twice.
The foam tape around the frame made the picture quite sturdy - it could be used as a large card or hung without much effort.

I printed this design off twice on to 120gsm paper.
then I laminated them.
I cut both designs out and the base design I attached to the card with DST. the other design I cut the frame off design so it made a topper for the base design. added a tag to finish.
