A4 CelebrateCompleted by Maxine Jones

I prinyed the sheet on to decoupage paper twice and cut them out. I stuck the topper to a silver card with tape and cut the cental layer from the other sheet to use as a decoupage layer which I added with foam pads.

I added the greeting and used silver border peeloffs to decorate the card. I will add glitter to finish it off. This sheet makes a beautiful card.
