If you want to make a quick and very easy and yet beautiful feminine greeting card for a special occasion, look no further, as this delightful frilly pink and green themed birthday cake, a design by Angela Mills is a perfect purchase.

I have made a 14 x 14cm square fronted card printed on both sides with a plain rose pink shade and attached, using D.S. tape, a 13cm square pale green backing sheet and then the main image which I have printed at 12cm square.

I used the larger of the small images to attach to the card front using padded D.S. tape. I have used a very narrow bright green ribbon to tie the small bow and then attached it using red power tape.

I have used pale pink peel off strips and decorative corners and 2 sentiments from the sheet provided to complete the embellishments.

I have attached the smallest image of the birthday cake as part of the insert, and copied the verse I have chosen from the free verses section and then attached this to a pale green backing sheet before attaching this, onto the right hand side of the insert, using D.S. tape.
