For Your Baby Boy with Puppy, A4 TopperCompleted by Sharon Wilson

Printed on photo paper and cut out. I found a sheet of blue striped background that worked perfectly. I went around edge with peel off foil edging. Used a little crystal highlight pen in a few places.

From 2nd printing I cut out baby, greeting, & bow and used foam pads to build it up. This is another very cute design sheet by Nick Bowley cup183335_415.
