I printed out sheet twice onto matt photo-paper, cut out first sheet and attached to a white C5 card, cut out centre inner large design and attached to first sheet with foam pads and added "Grandson topper "and additional baby and balloon toppers with foam pads and finished with blue pearls to corners.
A lovely design.
first I printed on cardstock - after cutting the graphics pieces out I next layered them accordingly with double sided foam mounting tape to add dimension.
Next I glued the card onto blue glitter paper, then I attached it to a pre folded blank card.
Lastly I put a little clear glitter on accent pieces.
