Baby Girl with Stork Bootees and Bear Open Book A4

I printed this lovely image onto gloss photo paper, cut out the main image, folded it in the centre applied double sided tape where I had folded and mounted it onto baby pink card, raised the two sides to appear like a book, added the ribbon banner as a book mark, finished off with gold storks and bootees, peel offs,and gold wording Ten little fingers, Ten little toes peel offs.
