Baby Girl on a Scalloped Frame, A4Completed by Sharon Wilson

Printed on photo paper and cut out. From a 2nd sheet I cut out center part and built up with foam pads. Card was put down on swirly pink background to pick up colors in card.

I went around edge with peel off edging and used gel pen to do a little highlighting. It can't be seen much in a picture but it person it really looks nice and sparkly. Deisnger of this sheet is Nick Bowley cup 208915_415. Is it any wonder that Nick has so many cards sold she is very talented! Very cute!
