A4 Fairy Bear Mother for a New Baby Boy

A fairy godmother teddy bear (or fairy bear mother ), with her wand that she can grant the best of life's wishes to a new baby boy or girl, looks out from a patchwork quilt background.

She stands within a pale blue oval and there is a matching envelope decoupage version of this design, a rocker or wobble card, a backing paper and several inserts including one with pink ovals for a girl and another with blue ovals for a boy.
