I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then made another print of it and cut out the bottle with the wine glasses, and the three roses buds and stuck these on with sticky tabs.
This lovely A4 sheet, I printed two to a page - so I could use one to decourpage, and cut out the three roses and the champagne bottle and attached glasses.
I mounted these with foam tape.
I then took a gold small doily and cut it in half - before adhering with glue to the two corners of a gold pearlescent card base.
I overlaid the base topper with DST before adding the lasting touch the gold peel-off corner in the bottom RHS.
