Mermaid Birthday Topper with Gifts, Treasure & Underwater CastleCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality 200gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the front of the card using double sided tape.

I added the panel, bow and the greeting using thin foam tape. A beautiful card when completed will bring lots of joy to any child receiving it.
