A pretty 6" Congratulations card, suitable for Engagement, Wedding or Anniversary. Pale green background with pink rose corners and a Diamond ring, roses and Champagne set in a circle of pink lace.Decoupage.

The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.
I added a glitter card panel to a 7x7 card then added the main image with foam tape.
The other elements were added with foam pads.
To finish the card I added a bead trim down side, stickles glitter and a printed verse inside.

This is a perfect design for an engagement.
I printed all the sheets onto matte photographic paper and cut out all the elements.
I added the card main topper to pink card before adding to my card blank.
Using pinflair glue to the decoupage layers. So pleased with the result.
