i cut out and attached the topper to a 8x8 white card with double sided sticky tape. Then I cut out all the decoupage pieces and attached them to the topper with 2mm foam sticky pads. The last layers of the flowers and the teacup I used 1mm pads. Then I attached silver diecut borders down each side of the card.
Result - A stunning birthday card.
