Used white card rounding the corners. Printed image onto photo paper twice and decoupaged ribbon. Inserted black gingham paper for background. Reduced and flipped image tiling down. Scalloped the edges to the border matching the backing paper, attached 2 narrow red ribbons placing the sentiment on RH side.
