Happy Birthday Pug

I printed on matte card twice, wet glued the first picture to a matching border cut card, from the second print I cut out the dog and the small sentiment and used foam squares to add the decoupage, I used gold glitter on the frames, sentiment and flowers, added the gems then finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
