This is an adorable design to work up. I printed out 2 design sheet. the 1st sheet I put onto some polka dot scrapbook paper and then onto pink card stock with double stick tape.

I then cut out the puppy dog with cake and balloons and put them down with foam pads. I highlighted with metalic gel pens. I put a gold foil trim around the edge. Easy and fun. So cute!
