Firstly print out all pieces onto white cardstock and cut out all the pieces as needed. I then cut out and layered all the cats. Next I created a collar with red polka dot ribbon & used gold lurex cord to attach the sentiment.

The I layered the completed decoupage onto white the light green card & finally onto bottle green cardstock.
