SMILE AND THE WORLD SMILES WITH YOU GET WELLCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Reduced the size slightly and printed on matte photo paper.

Punched a small hole in the bow and topper, attached the bow with silicone gel, being careful not to cover the holes, let it dry, then put a brad through the bow knot and opened the legs behind the topper, taping them in place.

Attached the topper to a beige striped card with dst, then finished by adding the second copy of the top tag and the flowers with silicone gel.

So silly. Sure to bring a smile.
