I made the blank sentiment larger and added my own sentiment, added a copy of the picture and copies of the bow on to a separate sheet before I printed on matte card.

I wet glued the picture to a matching base card I cut away above the ribbon and around the circle of the second picture and used foam squares to add this as the first layer of decoupage, the sentiment and the bows.

I used a copper/ gold glitter on the edges of the circles, ribbon, bows and the sentiment. added a gem on the bow and top corner then finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
