Kitties and Teacups 4 - 6x4 inch topper with decoupage Completed by Emilie Freeman

After printing the CUP on card stock I cut out all the layers and attached the layers with Double sided foam mounting tape.

I used a pre-folded blank card and attached pink glitter card stock paper.

Next a layer of white glitter paper was attached to the pink paper, lastly the Kittens with all its layers were glued onto the white glitter paper.

I added some sparkle with clear glitter to the flowers.
