Im So Cute - Circular topper with decoupageCompleted by Margaret Hanning

Printed on good quality glossy photo paper. All elements cut out. The main design was attached to an 7 x 7 card with double sided tape and the decoupage built up and attached using sticky pads. I finished off with glass beads round the design and in the corners.

The insert was printed on good quality matte photo paper and attached with double sided tape.

A beautiful design.
