I downloaded onto 200grm photo paper and cut out all the elements. Glued the main element to a card blank approximately 130mm x 180mm (7x5in) using roller tape adhesive. Glued in the insert. Using 2mm thick foam adhesive pads I attached the layered elements and the sentiment.
