Copied to matte photo paper and cut out. I have chosen to use this design as a card for a birthday. I added three border strips from my kit onto pink card stock.

Placed the designs using double sided foam strips so when fully closed the borders are on each side of them.

Used two of the panels to the inner panel with a coloured tag with a happy birthday coloured to match.

Popped a pearl on the bows to finish off.
