The background image was printed on white card stock. The background image was printed again on gloss card stock and trimmed to around the ocean/beach image. The remaining images were printed on glossy card stock and cut.

The ocean/beach image was glued flat over the image on the white card stock. The flamingo body/head as well as the flower and leaf images were glued flat on top of the ocean beach image.

The flaming torso was shaped using a foam pad and stylus and adhered with a dimensional pop dot.
