Printed onto 250gsm white card, then cut out all the elements.
I chose to assemble the decoupage using 2mm foam pads, then attached the layers to a piece of mid-blue card which I then matted onto a bright pink 7" x 5" card and attached the bows using 2mm foam pads.
By adding a small clear rhinestone or white pearl to the centre of the pale pink flowers and the bow would add a little extra bling (unfortunately, I was out of these embellishments at this time).
A very cute card suitable for a number of occasions and age groups.
