Cameo 1 - 6x6 inch circular topper with DecoupageCompleted by Louisa Price

This artwork is a topper with decoupage, what you make it into is up to you. I used an 8x8 inch card base and printed the topper on some matt photo paper, then created some mats and layers with blue card stock, and white card stock with a turquoise brusho.

I used pierced edge oval dies to cut apertures in the card stocks, mounting the main topper in the aperture.

I used a wide blue satin ribbon with a thin grey shoelace type satin ribbon to cover the space to the edge of the card base.

Because of the style of topper, I used the artwork, and added the grey shoelace 3mm ribbon on the edges of the topper, where the designer had already placed a faux ribbon winding around the frame.

I highlighted the words Special Lady with some 3d glaze, and added some glaze to the water below the Swans, using pearls and gems to finish.

A lovely card for a female friend or a family member.
