I cut out the heart topper and attached it to an 8x8 white card. I then cut out the decoupage and attached them with foam sticky pads. I attached the greeting to the card with DS sticky tape and finished the card with a glittery blue border all around the edges of the card.
Easy to cut out and assemble. Result - A really lovely card.
