Antarctica PenguinsCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this picture out three times,so i could decoupage it,i took an A5card,and covered it with a blue Christmas backing paper,i then mouted the main picture to a piece of silver glitter paper so the silver will show around the main picture,then stuck it to the blue backing paper,cut out the penguins,and decoupaged them,then added some glitter to the snow.
