Super cute and easy design to do. Printed the design off twice on 160gsm paper and on one sheet I cut out just the dog in the frame.

Using a 8x8 base card I glued the complete image in the middle and decoupaged the dog with foam squares.

I used one of the sentiments provided. To finish I used corner peel-offs.
