Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a white card. Foam Pads were used to add the Decoupage. I put some Crystal Glitter on the Bow, and Little crystals on parts of the Design. A very cute Design.

I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements, added the design to a red mat with white spots and assembled the card using DST and spongy tape.
Finally, I added the some compulsory glitter glue (bling) and the greeting.
