OccasionNew Baby / New Baby Boy
I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted the base layer onto purple holographic card and used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card.
I decoupaged the layers with foam pads and added a big gem and 2 pompoms.
This could ba a baby boy or girl card.
