I used my graphic program to type the Thinking of You sentiment on top of the image. Used green cardstock for the base and made a vertical and horizontal strip with the pink polka dot ribbon. Cut a piece of scrapbook paper to fit inside the grosgrain squared off area.

Added flower embellishment.
