White Card, matted with silver foil card. Cut around the scallop edges of the print and then printed out a couple more sheets to decoupage the frame, couple, hearts and flowers.
Glittered the flowers, buttons on bodice, and middle of bowtie.
For the title, cut another silver card matting, then plain white card, where I then added black alphabet peeloffs. I resized the rose to tie up the bottom with the top.
