I printed the design twice onto quality photo paper, cut the figure from one and decoupaged it onto the other copy.

On a square black card I attached a purple grid and matted the image to one side with foam pads.

I punched hearts and stars from the leftover scrap background and added them in some of the squares, then stitched tiny lock and key charms in two others.

I used glitter glue for highlights and faux purple gems on the corners of the grid.This is a lovely image, particularly for those into the gothic trend.
