I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then made another copy of the hearts, cut them out and stuck them on the card with sticky tabs.

Printed out twice on matte photo paper. From one print out I made my card and from the second I cut out the images I wanted for decoupage.
I used silicone glue to attach these images to my card. To finish I added a little glitter.
