This is a great card for many different occasions such as Anniversary, Wedding, Engagement,Wife Birthday, Husband Birthday,Valentine's Day etc. All what you have to do is just add a sentiment for the occasion. If you wish you can also decoupage the middle oval part with hearts.

I imported the downloaded image into an A4 landscape blank page using a desktop publishing program and positioned the original to one side of the page. I then copied and pasted the original image several times and cropped the duplicates producing 2 copies of the central oval and one of the smaller of the two hearts. I positioned these pieces next to the original image allowing me to print all the pieces onto one sheet of glossy photo paper.
I then mounted the background image onto a cream A4 blank using d/s tape and cut the cropped pieces to form 3 decoupage pieces: a central oval, the entwined hearts and the smaller heart and fixed these to the background using sticky pads.
I was so pleased with the finished card- it looks stunning on the glossy photo paper - I used it for a wedding card but it would suit many romantic occasions.
It is beautiful as it comes but adding the extra decoupage makes it extra special.
This is a lovely, card; simple to make and very elegant. It printed it onto photo paper and attached it to an A5 card with dst. It is so lovely that all I added to it was a strip of gold peel off edging.
I like it without a greeting tag on the front and I've put this on the inside.
