I printed the design on good quality photo matt paper. I attached the design to a white card stock.
I printed two copies of a cup rose design,I cut it into and oval shape and adhered it to the base, I then decoupaged the rose with silicone, added a red and gold edging and ran gold glitter around the gold sections of the design.
Lovely design and easy to work with. I haven't added a sentiment yet.
