A4 "oriental Fan & Butterflies" Birthday Card (4)
My new design with Oriental fan and of course my butterflies. I have designed this card specially for "Birthday" theme and made it in various colours, please check the other colour versions.
It will look great if you would decoupage this card, just print 2 or 3 extra sheets and use them for that purpose.
You can also add some gems or other embellishments to the fan. The writing on the card means "Happy Birthday" in Chinese.

This has to be one of my favourite cards.
I started by printing the card 4 times A6 size, I used one of the prints as the base and the rest to build up a 3D card,I decided to focus on the fan, so I cut out the complete fan from one picture and the gold pieces of the Fan from another pictureI then mounted them onto the base using sticky foam pads, I the cut out the greting from one card and the centre of the greeting from another and built that up also.
I then decoupaged 2 of the butterflies.
When that was complete I mounted the card onto a Green base with a very thin edge showing around the original card, I then mounted that onto a silver card, again just showing a narrow edge, enough to give a little reflection, I then mounted the whole card onto an A6 Orange folded card.
