A4 Aprox Fishing TopperCompleted by Jo Wyles

I loaded the image into a graphics package and made decoupage pieces from it. I print out the sheets and cut out the pieces. I made the decoupage picture and mounted it onto and A4 card. I used the border to make a label and applied to the picture.
