I printed this design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and attached it to a white square card, leaving a strip on the left.
To that area I adhered a rectangle of red patterned paper, then a strip of white card (decorated by a border punch) held by two gold brads on top of it.
To complete the card I added 'Happy Birthday' brads and glitter highlights to the image. A very quick, bright and lovely card to make.
