I printed two copies of this topper onto quality photo paper, cut one out and then just the figure from the other, attaching her to the whole image with foam pads.

I layered it onto gold textured card and then onto a cream square base card.

I cut a strip of the same gold card into four squares and punched the swirl design out of each one, then attached them beside the main image with foam pads.

Finally I added faux diamonds to the little squares and to the outline of the heart. This is an attractive image for a card for the teens to the thirties.
