I printed the image twice and decoupaged the flowers, I then placed cream card (which I had punched using MS punch) on top of brown card stock.

I placed jems all the way down the punched edge, placed ribbon with gold hearts and gold butterfly down the other side, I then centred the picture on the card and placed a bow and sentiments on the card.

This topper is really stunning and I can use it for so many occassions
