Moonlight with Elegant Lady

Printed two images onto gloss paper, used one as a base layer and matted it onto pale blue and again onto royal blue having cut a decle edge on both.Punch 6 small holes across top of red card and thread through blue multi fibre attach two beads on end.

Glitter moon and stars on base and add red flower soft to flowers. Cut out lady from second image and glitter dress as desired decoupage to bae layer.
