Copied to glossy photo paper twice reducing the size. Cut out the base card and matted to burgundy card using d.s.t. I then used the second image for decoupage which I built up with different depth sticky pads. Added peel-off corners and borders, a pink flower on the bow, a swallow and a greeting.
This delicate design has made a beautiful card that someone will be delighted to receive.
