Mermaid Pearl Doodles Large ImageCompleted by Handmade By Carol

I printed this topper out three times so that I could decoupage the image.

The first layer was put through a Xyron to make a sticker, this was then added to a pale blue pearl card which had been embossed and debossed with a wavy pattern to look like the sea.

The remaining layers were cut to add depth, they were shaped and added using pinflair glue. I finished off by adding some sea related peel offs.
