I have taken the main image and layered it onto silver mirror board caut out the baubles folded them in half and stuck them back to back with the four bauble pieces stuck together I have then stouck this to the main image.

Easy to assemble 3D card cat out the baubles fold in half and stick half of one to half of the other and then when all stuck together stick to main image - see picture
