Print 4 sheets at a reduced size and stick main image to blue card. Cut central square, fluted edge oval and girl from the other prints. Layer with foam tape and use silver peel-offs to edge both squares, for corners and greeting.

Use silver glitter glue on petticoat, shoe buttons and hair ties and iridescent glitter on balloon, candle and cake topping.
