I resized this and printed off two. I then printed bkg paper onto vellum. Affixed this to the card taking it over to the back a little. One of the toppers was then affixed to the front of the card centrally.

The second topper was cut down to the main image and decoupaged onto the topper. The finishing touches were peel off bells and hearts affixed to card, cut out and added and finally, gold peel off corners and lettering.
