Puppy with Birthday Cake A4 TopperCompleted by Dawn Jones

I printed off 3 copies of this card and mounted the first onto an A6 folded card.

From the second I cut out the corner bow, the dog and cake and the balloons, I then decoupaged them onto the card. From the third print I cut out the bow for the corner, the balloon with the wording on, the dogs bow and the icing on the cake.

I decoupaged them onto the card. to finish i added some red sparkly gems to the candles.
